6) The person who has the ability to fight against all the social evils and crimes prevailing in this world and can promote awareness of human rights in the world.
7) Which brings human rights awareness in the mind of every person & every household.
8) The person who works in the field of human rights with full honesty, dedication, hard work and clear determination and does not discriminate between any caste religion and can work with the mindset of all religion possibility.
9) The person in whose name no criminal case is registered and is not involved in any illegal activities or serious crimes.
